1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Floffice workspace, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Floffice provides flexible workspace solutions including hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual office services. All spaces are subject to availability and governed by a separate membership agreement signed at the time of booking.

3. Membership & Access

Access to Floffice locations is granted upon signing a membership agreement and completing payment. Members are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of any guests they bring onto the premises. Keycard access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum notice period as specified in your membership agreement. Floffice reserves the right to suspend access in the event of non-payment.

5. Fair Use

Members agree to use the workspace in a manner that does not disturb other members. Excessive noise, inappropriate behaviour, or misuse of shared facilities may result in termination of membership without refund.

6. Liability

Floffice is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property on the premises. Members are advised to maintain appropriate business insurance. Floffice's liability is limited to the value of the membership fees paid in the preceding month.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Floffice website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Floffice and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Floffice services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at floffice.com/docs/privacy-policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Floffice reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Floffice services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
